Jennifer Harkins,
Director of Operations
is a Certified HIPAA Professional, CHP, and has a Master of Arts in Management. Jennifer joined MSKIC in July of 2010 after serving 11 years as Vice President of Programs with the non-profit organization Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas. She was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her little sister in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
Weldon Cabaniss,
Director of IT/PACS
has been with MSKIC since 2008. Originally starting as an IT contractor, Weldon became a full-time employee in September 2010. With over 25 years background in computer hardware, software and communications, with experience in both the financial and medical sectors, Weldon brings to MSKIC a multifaceted range of IT knowledge and expertise. In his spare time, Weldon enjoys playing guitar and writing songs.
Jackie Garza,
Associate Director of Operations
and Client Services
Prior to joining MSKIC in January of 2011, Jackie worked in the financial industry for 16 years. Jackie has an undergraduate Degree in Communication from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA from the University of Phoenix in San Antonio. With over 20 years experience in customer service, Jackie prides herself in being client-centric and building lasting relationships. In her spare time, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family.
Jeremy Garcia,
Operations Coordinator
was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. While attending college, he began working in the medical field in the area of diagnostic imaging. After 10 years, Jeremy is still dedicated to the medical industry with a specific interest in radiology. Jeremy continues to work with MSKIC and looks forward to providing quality service. Jeremy enjoys volunteering in the local community, spending time with family and friends, and water activities, specifically boogie boarding.
