- $200 per imaging study (each MRI, CT, or XRAY STUDY).
- Includes 15 minute phone consultation to discuss findings.
- Pre-payment by check enclosed with images to be interpreted.
Retainer
- Established during initial conversation.
- Expert Witness Research and Report Generation
- First hour or portion thereof $500.00
- Each additional ¼ hour or portion thereof $125.00
Depositions
- Within San Antonio
- First hour or portion thereof $1000.00
- Each additional ¼ hour or portion thereof $225.00
Outside San Antonio
- Daily rate of $4000 per day plus all travel expenses.
- Court Appearances
